• she loved animals and fed stray cats and enjoyed watching rabbits snack on veggies in her garden
• she was her neighborhood’s guardian angel and helped her elderly neighbors 
• those hundreds, thousands of delicious meals she prepared for us over the years
• she paid for my subscription to National Geographic magazine for 30 plus years 
• her favorite song was Moon River by Perry Como
• that morning when we sat on the front porch drinking coffee and she said, “it is such a beautiful world”
